I have a strong belief in holistic health and that nutrition is not just received from the nutrients of food but also from living a healthy lifestyle which would require having a healthy mind and body The term holistic health refers to the practice of medicine which views nutrition as a whole or as a composition of different aspects such as spiritual health, mental health, emotional health and physical health, and it believes that one should be healthy in all these aspects or at least try to achieve a balance among these aspects in order to be truly healthy A lot of holistic nutritionist would always promote to have more of the greens in a diet rather than having too much of fatty food, and they also promote to have regular exercise in any way, because exercise does not only make one physically healthy, it also makes a person mentally healthy. Even as holistic nutritionist may have different backgrounds and upbringing when it comes to religion and spirituality, they all encourage everyone to participate or involve oneself in activities that are soul enriching in order to attain a balanced health   I have a chef instructor who is a holistic nutritionist and at the same time, she is teaching us some units in nutrition, and she always tells us that her approach to nutrition is different because she always consider the holistic approach instead of the classical approach about nutrition. My teacher in nutrition has influenced my approach and views regarding health and nutrition, since she is a registered holistic nutritionist, my views are leaning towards the holistic approach that nutrition and health does not only come from healthy foods, but also from having a balanced and healthy lifestyle

Part of my business is to launch websites on diverse recess and one of the activities that I go through is connecting with merchants or product owners that I will be selling in my website because I have to have the same opinion with them with the affiliate fees that I will be getting in advertising their products not only that there is also times that in the course of the conversation other business opportunities will be discussed especially when we talk about other merchant services that I can offer in my niche sites. After college, I chose a really good company to serve as a jumpstart for my career, that is why when I applied for the post vacancy they offered three years ago, I still had no idea how a customer service resume would look like, and I was just putting everything that I think could help me get accepted for the post, especially my work experience, my awards in high school and in college, as well as recommendation letters from my previous employers for when I was doing a part time work in college. I had to deal with a lot of emotional burden after I graduated college because my boyfriend broke up with me that I began to have eating habits, which caused me to become more depressed, if you can just imagine my image with that added weight, and I would rather that you do not imagine me with much added weight. I had to help myself get out from that depression and had to stick to a plan on how to lose 40 pounds because attaining back my old self and my old body is something that would help me get my confidence back and at the same time having a shape that would make people realize that I am available and ready to mingle. It was difficult to stick with the plan the first weeks that I started the dieting, especially that I have become accustomed to eating a lot for quite some time, and as they always say, bad habits are extremely difficult to break, gladly I was able to break free from that struggle, especially after having gone through the first month and learning of the positive results. One of the best lessons I learned from that experience was on how I needed to be strong enough to resist the temptation to slack off, and be disciplined enough to really stick to the goal because that is the only way for you to reach the result that you want to accomplish, which is, in this matter, to lose pounds to become healthier or to reach a healthier state physically.   I was able to get back to shape after what seemed to be years of effort and hard work, and I was able to conquer my eating problems, and I guess it all has something to do with the strong will that I have to really become healthier, physically and emotionally as well.

  I have a young daughter who will be celebrating her birthday in two months time, but she decided that it was good to be prepared in advance and so informed us seriously that we should not bother setting up the usual children\’s party for her, since she was too old for one anyway; if it was alright with us, she would just be inviting some girls from her class and they can just play some games in her room. True friends can show loyalty even though they are miles apart. My daddy and his best friend shows that kind of relationship, even though the latter is already in Florida. However, his best friend decided to move to Florida after they graduated to college. Since my father is not that techie unlike his best friend, they can barely talk to each other through internet. But still, I can see the friendly love they have although they merely have time to take advantage of free chat; his best friend always send message to my dad through me. Then his best friend invited me to work in his place so that I can let my family follow me there. He said that the easiest way to get there is to take care giving courses. He offered his apartment as the place where I can stay while I am working. At first I felt really happy because I know that I can help my family in that way. But I am not used to living with my family away from me. He kept on convincing me to pursue that career because he, as well, wants to have my dad near him.   So I went to the school where I can take up that course and inquired about the whole education; but when I learned about it, I backed out because I cannot do the things in the training.
